I just picked up my gloves and they're
absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship is unbelievable and I
know they will keep my hands warm during the ski season. Yes, I

I received them yesterday... quite beautiful, and
so warm. You all probably think we don't need earmuffs in
Texas, but when it is cold and humid, it is miserable! Of course,
I think anything below 65° F is fur coat weather!

the fit is good, the fur is just incredible, and it looks like a

Can you tell we received your shipment today?!
First let me start by saying that Kathy is a true craftsman. The
pictures in no way revealed the quality of her work.>
The girls were blown away by their costumes (the
bikinis). Also, the moccasins were exceptional. The one-piece
outfit is a work of art. The girl who ordered it could not
believe how wonderful it turned out. Of the four bikinis, the
girls voted the one-piece as the "best in show" for the
wonderful work that Kathy did, and the red fox as the
"favorite design". They also wanted me to say the both
the cross and the silver were great!, but they wanted to give
those two items extra praise.
From my end, I want to thank Steve for all his
help. First for putting up with my lack of knowledge while trying
to convey what the girls wanted. I hope my organizing the girls
questions and going through me helped. Next, I want to say thanks
for the pictures. They really helped in passing info, and the
girls appreciated seeing what they were getting.
Finally, you guys rate a 12 on a scale of 10 in
customer service! My wife and I love the area and the people
where we live; however, if there are more people like you guys in
Alaska, we may be moving in a few years. Your patience, caring,
and attention to detail were all exceptional. I will definitely
pass on your business cards, etc. to others!!You will come HIGHLY
recommended.
Finally, I wish you both all the best and the
Lord's Blessing in all you do. I hope Denise and I get the
chance to come to Alaska to thank you both personally.

Hi Steve,
Just wanted to let you know that the Wolf
Overmitts and hat have arrived here at South Pole safe and sound.
They're great!! Wearing them is the ONLY time I've
actually been hot down here. I'm sure they won't have
quite that effect over the winter at -100° F, but it's a
good start. Haven't gotten anyone yet to take my pic with
them on at the Pole, but will do that soon and send it to
you.

these here before we shut the door on Feb. 15!

Fur Hat my husband bought for me for Christmas from you guys. It
is so well made and very beautiful. It's one of the best hats
I've seen in Alaska. It sure keeps me plenty warm during our
