Hi there,
Just to let you know the boots arrived last week, but I did not collect them until this week as I have been on leave. As usual, they are fantastic. Not only I say this but also my friend who was over from the Czech Republic. Although they get very cold winters they do not have anything like this to wear anymore - so I am feeling rather smug!! Oh well, I suppose I can think myself lucky I got at least one pair free of customs duty. Many thanks for the picture cards - that is one hell of a pipe you have overhead. Does it make any noise being so close? As for the bikini, firstly, it would not suit me and secondly, doesn't it get a bit itchy? Again, many, many thanks - I am sure I will be ordering again in the future.

I was going to write a short note to you Monday asking if the foot outlines for my wife's moccasins had reached you yet. Got busy and didn't get it done. Imagine my surprise when the moccasins arrived in Tuesday's mail!! I was amazed... the mail service between here and Delta Junction must be phenomenal! My wife, Sherry, is extremely pleased with her moccasins. They fit her perfectly and are even more comfortable than she had imagined they might be. If she ever wears them out we will have no doubts in our minds where to go for replacements. Thanks for your prompt service... and for the high quality of your materials and workmanship.

Just to let you know that the Mukluks arrived safely yesterday - and they are brilliant, thank you very, very much. I just had to try them on and they both fit very well. Mind you, I had to take them off as they are a tad too warm now. Roll on next winter when they will get a real outing in the Scottish highlands and the Czech Republic. Strangely enough, there was no customs duty to pay this time, I can only assume it is because they are boots. I will have to start saving up now for my next purchase. Again, many thanks for a wonderful piece of work.

Hi there Steve and Kathy,
The Overmitts arrived today and they are beautiful! I have never felt Beaver fur before, so was very surprised at how dense it is. It may sound a bit silly but I have been walking around the house wearing them -they feel so warm and comfortable. All I need now is some very cold (dry!) weather so I can go up the mountain with them to really try them out. In case anybody else from this country wants a pair, the tax I had to pay was £33 - but I still think they were worth it.

I received the moccasins and mittens which I ordered and they are wonderful! I've worn my moccasins but it's not cold enough yet to wear the mittens. I gave one pair of moccasins as an early Christmas gift because I couldn't wait - the other pair will have to wait until the day. I've shown the work you do to others and have given out your email address so you may receive other orders. I would like to get back to Alaska again next year and drive the Richardson Highway again.
