Ordering and Returns Policies

DISCOUNTS

• ANY and ALL DISCOUNTS WILL BE APPLIED  at time of credit card approval; a confirmation will follow with the discounts and shipping costs.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

• SHIPPING COST  depends on weight, insurance, confirmation, and/or shipping destination, etc...

• FREE SHIPPING SALE  will only be shipped using USPS Priority Mail as stated in the next paragraph.

• WE USE  United States Postal Service's Priority Mail or Express Mail.  We are now using United Parcel Service (UPS).
  
  On International Orders, we use USPS' Global Priority Mail.  We also send Delivery or Signature Confirmations with each order.

• SORRY,  DHL, Airborne Express, Fed Ex, etc... are not available.

• YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will show these items processed by:

• IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD,  please continue the order process and we will discuss with you, through e-mails or phone calls, other payment options that you may make (Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Etc...)

• DUE TO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD FRAUD, we will check all International Credit Card orders for Address Verification from the Bank of the Credit Card holder before shipping any International order; and we will only ship these orders to the Billing Address of the Credit Card Holder.
  
  If your bank does not verify your address, we will contact you for another Credit Card number, or another form of payment. Thank you very much for your patronage!

OUR REFUND POLICY - PLEASE READ!

• NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES  On Custom Orders and/or Postal Fees.

• WE GUARANTEE  your custom or in-stock items fit comfortably, or we will fix it to your specifications at no charge.

• IF THERE ARE ANY COSMETIC CHANGES  you request, we will discuss the charges, if any, with you before the job is started.

• WE DO ALLOW  refunds or exchanges on in-stock items only.

• IN-STOCK ITEMS INCLUDE:  Headbands, Earmuffs, Mittens (unless special sizing is requested), and Moccasins (unless special sizing is requested).

• CUSTOM ITEMS & ORDERS INCLUDE:  All Hats, Blankets, Mukluks, Bikinis, Overmitts, Furback Mittens, Pillows, and Dolls.

• YOU HAVE UP TO 24 HOURS  to cancel the order, before we start processing!
